Ellerbe Springs offers a warm, beautiful and intimate setting for weddings. With a spacious dining room that seats over 100, 15 guest rooms and other choices of outdoor settings, there is a perfect plan for every special occasion at a reasonable price. Situated on 50 acres of rolling, wooded countryside, our out-of-doors wedding sites are naturally beautiful and open to most ideas.
You might choose to use the Inn's lovely first floor dining room for a more formal setting, or during the winter months. In this case, you may use one of the alcove areas for the reception foods and wedding cake. If your wedding ceremony is held elsewhere, the entire dining room can be reserved for your reception.
For rehearsal dinners, we recommend the Scottish Room for groups of 30 or less. If your group is larger, you may reserve the dining room area for up to 110 guests. Our prices are reasonable and range from many custom menu selections from a grilled chicken breast, fish, Italian Ravioli to a prime steak.....or even our famous BBQ with smoked ribs, and chicken, homemade potato salad, homemade Cole slaw and baked beans. All our foods are freshly made and not pre-cooked. If your event is at another location, we offer full service to drop-off menus.
The Scottish Room also provides a private atmosphere for bridal showers. Whether brunch, lunch or dinner, we have a wide variety of menus to suit your occasion.
To accommodate your wedding guests, we have 15 guest rooms (each with private baths), decorated in Victorian style antiques. We offer special pricing to wedding parties for the guest rooms, no matter what season.
