Food for Fundraisers Program
Do you need to raise money for your church, school, club, firehouse, civic organization or a benefit??? Hosting a fundraiser with food is a great way to raise funds.
Here’s how it works……it’s simple:
- You choose the menu
- You sell the tickets
- Provide some volunteers
We provide the food, plates, utensils, and chafers to keep it warm. You pay us 50% of the total bill up front and the balance after the event.

NOTE: You can store pre-cooked butts in a refrigerator for several days as long as the temperature is below 40 degrees. Take them out when you are ready and heat to 140 degrees internal temperature.
We smoke our meats with a blend of hickory and mesquite woods. Prior to smoking we apply a proprietary rub on the pork at least 3 days prior to smoking. We then slow cook them for 12 hours to an internal temperature of 180-200 degrees. Yum….Yum
